iiyama UK made their debut at the BETT Show this year and experienced the success this show offers to the Education sector.  In addition to supporting their channel of PC OEM’s, resellers and distributors, iiyama decided to increase this support by having their own stand and showcasing a wide range of their latest products, some of which are specifically aimed at schools, colleges and universities. 

Demonstrations on all the monitors were available through a range of media including laptops, workstations, Blu-Ray and games consoles highlighting the versatility and quality of iiyama’s digital display solutions.  UK Sales Manager Richard James explains, “BETT has given us a platform to show just how powerful our products are against how much they cost. The feedback we have received from visitors to the stand has also been invaluable in future developments when serving the education market.”

The stand featured; the new PLB2712HDS 27” HD Height Adjustable model, the latest in the touch screen range including the new T2250MTS Multi-touch and two Eco-Monitors that offer up to 40% on power consumption savings in comparison with other models.  Also taking centre stage were the 17”and 19” Hard Glass (Protected LCD) monitors that are fitted with Toughened Safety Glass capable of withstanding major impacts, making it ideal for the education markets. These monitors are also eco-friendly saving typically up to 40% power consumption in Eco-mode.
